Work the play way
There are all kinds of ways to play around here. Want to work remote but also work at the Portland office? No problem. Have an idea that you want to take to a client? Let’s hear it. Need to see how your ping pong skills have held up since college? Play on, player. But that’s not to say anything is in play. Big egos, selfishness, calling ping pong “table tennis,” and poppy country music are a few of those things. And microwaving seafood. Don’t do that.
